What We Believe
The First Presbyterian Church of Matawan is a reformed faith community that believes the Word of God as revealed through scripture, prayer and corporate worship.
Baptism
Christians of many different kinds of tradition are agreed that the basis and authority for baptizing in water lies in the command
given by Jesus Christ to His disciples and recorded by Matthew (28:18-20)
