Starting Wednesday, March 9th from 6:30-8 p.m, Pastor Natalie will lead our annual Lenten series each week. Come and join us in the Fellowship Hall or on Zoom. No need to register — just come! Bring a brown bag dinner; beverages will be provided. All are welcome.
Writers needed for our annual collection of meditations, leading up to our commemoration of Jesus’ death on the cross and His glorious resurrection on Easter. Contact Pastor Natalie for a scripture suggestion, or choose one of your own! Deadline for submissions is March 1.
To assist our deacons in their work, we kindly request your generous donation of clothing and textiles. You can easily drop off your donations in the conveniently placed bins situated near the chapel’s entrance (facing State Route 34). Beth was recognized for her 25 years of service to the Youth Ministry, and her man, many contributions to the Music Program, during coffeehour after church on Nov. 21. Watch a video tribute from current and former Youth Group Members!
Thanks to all who organized and walked, and all our 85 donors — we shattered our personal all-time record! A portion of the collection will help 15 local food pantries, including our own. We also picked up a van of donated food. How blessed we are for such giving and caring people!
FPC formally welcomed our new pastor on Oct, 3 with a communion service of worship and a dinner reception. The service for The Rev. Natalie Bell was led by Presbytery dignitaries and elders from our church.
Recently we raised $910 in donations from Blanket Sunday, prompting praise from Church World Service.
