Saturday, May 18th, 2024 9 am-2 pm, Rain or Shine
Crafters will be able to begin set up at 7:00 am with all traffic routes clear by 8:45 am.
Each space will be 10’x10’. Spaces will not have access to electricity. If you are including a tent, it must be secured to the ground with weights on all 4 corners for safety reasons. Restrooms will be available for crafters and volunteers only inside the church.
Spaces are $40 per space. You must provide your own table and chair(s).
WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED OVER 36 VENDORS–when you sign up you will get a number, and be added to the waitlist for indoors, if inclement weather. We can only accommodate 36 vendors inside, however, we can accommodate up to 100 vendors outdoors.
Application deadline is May 3rd. Your accepted application will be acknowledged with a return email and a vendor number. Numbers will be assigned in the order the applications are received. Only handmade items are being accepted for this craft fair.
Payments can be made out via check to First Presbyterian Church of Matawan (please put Craft Fair in memo) and mailed to 883 Route 34, Matawan, NJ 07747. Payments can also be made via Zelle with the address of , note “craft fair” and your information.
Registration after May 4th is $50 per space. These spaces are to be paid upon check-in.
